Systems Check: Mind, Body & Feelings

 All systems go! How are you doing when it comes to being aware on these three levels: body, feelings, and thoughts?

It’s alright if you’re a work in progress when it comes to this. It’s very common for survivors of abuse to not be integrated and to only notice body sensations, feelings, and thoughts once they become overwhelming.

In today’s practice, we get to explore how to increase our awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and understand out these different “systems” impact and influence each other.
