Peace Out 2022!

Wishing You a Happy Holiday and New Year!

As 2021 wrapped last year, I was so longing for more time being with my people, having adventures, connecting, getting back to things I've been so missing, and it's sweet to look back on this year and see that so much of that came into reality.

This year felt so much lighter than the last two. Pandamic thaw I suppose :)

And with that lightness, I've been able to take some much needed deep breaths, look ahead with renewed energy, and take account of this wild ride called my life!

Here's some of what I'm celebrating this year:

  • 789 people have now completed my 28-Day Boot Camp for the Brain self-study program, and I am very proud that I continue to be able to offer this life changing program for those who need it on a sliding scale in honor of my commitment that anyone impacted by trauma, at the very least, know how to practice the basics when it comes to healing and retraining the brain.

  • Saw Alicia Keyes in concert and was left utterly speechless!

  • Got to take my honey on a road trip through my life - making stops in Chicago, St. Louis, and Bartlesville. Along the way, caught up with dear old friends and family. It always feels good to go back to my roots!

  • Finally found the candles of my dreams - May-Bel Candles made by a badass female entrepreneur!! Needless to say, most of my peeps will be getting the sampler pack! :)

  • 2022 marks the end of my 15th year as a S*xual Abuse Recovery Coach. Witnessing the growth and healing of my clients is by far the highlight of my year!

Some things I'm looking forward to in 2023:
  • My regularly offered monthly virtual adult survivors group will get a facelift in 2023 as I launch a new partnership with the CPTSD Foundation!

  • Travel! My guy and I are daydreaming about a trip to Japan!

  • I'll be launching the 10th season of the Beyond Surviving Podcast! Subscribe here.

  • Excited for the next Beyond Surviving Group Program for Women. Go here to apply (starts February 2023)!

Each year brings with it more surprises, challenges, and opportunities, and as I turn the corner and start my 16th year in business (good god!), I am so curious to see what 2023 will bring!

With deep gratitude, my wish for you is that your holiday and new year are filled with joy, love, laughter, and strength.

From our little family to yours - much love,
