Self-Compassion Meditation for Releasing Pain in the Body

Today's practice is all about bringing self-compassion, love, and gratitude to areas in the body that are experienced as unsafe, painful, distressed, or upsetting. When we tap into self-compassion, it can help us to relax, feel more safe, and improve our relationship with our body.
